Privacy Policy

The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents ( PIPED ) ACT established the specific rules for the collection, use and disclosure of personal information in the course of business activiites. It regulates an individual's right to privacy with an organization's need for personal information for legitimate business purposes or transactions. Trinity Mortgage Corp and its broker representatives follow and adhere to these rules and regulations as outlined in the ACT.

As outlined in the ACT:

All broker representatives of Trinity Mortgage Corp must obtain an individual's consent when they collect, use or disclose the said individual's personal information. Additionally individuals have the right to access personal information held by an organization and to challenge accuracy, if desired. Information can only be utilized for the primary intent, if it is to be used in any subsequent purpose, then again consent has to be provided. Said information as obtained is to be secured by specific measures : files in locked cabinets, computer password protected, and with encryption.
